THE FARM

Our 152-acre farm is very much at the heart of everything we do and has close links with both the farm shop and café, whether it’s supplying meats to the butchery or fresh produce to our chefs and bakers. Geoff Sykes runs the farm with Stan, his right hand man and a team of passionate helpers.

You name it we grow it!

Geoff is growing 50 different soft fruit and vegetables crops this season, with numerous different varieties of each. All our crops and animals are reared traditionally and nurtured lovingly with every care being taken to preserve the local environment. Everything we grow and rear on the farm is sold in the shop or café and every acre is used to its full potential. We really are a farm shop on a “real farm”.
